Hi, I’m Zisha Bid, a Property Consultant with Pam Golding Properties in Nairobi, specialising in residential property in Westlands.
Having worked in residential property in both London and Nairobi, I bring a different perspective to the market, combining international experience with a genuine understanding of the local landscape. My time in London gave me a strong foundation in residential sales, from understanding the market and presenting properties to negotiating and building lasting client relationships.
What I love about property is that it’s never just about the property. It’s about the people, their plans and what they’re looking for next. I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding what matters to them and helping them make decisions they feel good about. Whether it’s finding a home that feels right, identifying the right investment or achieving the best possible outcome when selling, I’m there to make the process feel personal and well looked after.
I value genuine relationships, thoughtful advice and giving my clients the confidence to make informed decisions. I also enjoy a challenge and thrive in an environment where every day brings something different.
Outside of property, I’m adventurous and always up for trying something new. I love travelling, discovering new places, experiencing different cultures and cuisines, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy being challenged, pushing myself outside my comfort zone and making the most of new experiences.
