Hello, my name is Wambui Kabita, Property Consultant and Area Specialist – Thika and its environs; where I have lived for the last 12 years.
What I love most about my job is that my area has property options for every income category: whether you are looking for luxury living in exclusive high-end estates, middle-class townhouses and apartments or even affordable homes, the area I cover offers something to suit all budgets.

My professional background is in the Banking Industry. This is where I honed skills in credit management, marketing and selling skills, customer service excellence and negotiating skills. I also consider myself an entrepreneur having received several accolades and I’m a proud fellow of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
I enjoy working with people and helping them find solutions to their problems. I don’t just sell houses, I help my clients find a home that speaks to their personal needs.
My work as a realtor gives me the flexibility to achieve my desired work-life balance, affording me time with my family. It also gives me the time and space to be actively involved in my community. I believe that being a realtor is more about offering solutions to people and building lasting client relationships than just selling property.
