Hello! I am Stéphanie Notter, your dedicated new Residential Rentals specialist in Karen. I joined the dynamic team of Pam Golding Properties Kenya in February 2024.
I studied Hospitality Management in Strasbourg, France, and then gained experience in the most renowned restaurants and hotels on the French Riviera and in my home region of Alsace. My life took a transformative turn in 2008 when I was offered a chance to manage a small luxury boutique hotel in Zanzibar. Since then, I have been living in East Africa, fulfilling my childhood dream.
After four enriching years in Tanzania, where I flourished both professionally and personally, I chose to take a break and start my own family. Today my two children bring immense joy and new purpose to my life. Caring for my family gave me time to tap into my artistic talents, and I graduated in June 2017 as a Professional Makeup Artist from Candice Mack, France. I collaborated with many different artists in Uganda for exhibitions and fashion shows for five years, working freelance.
Kenya is now my cherished home, and working for Pam Golding Properties was self-evident. I have a longstanding passion for people and service, and making sure my clients are as pleased as possible is my greatest satisfaction. I always enjoyed watching real estate reality shows on television (yes, I did!), mostly because of my love for architecture, design, and exquisite properties. Home staging is my hobby. I am now, myself, a proud Real Estate Agent and couldn’t be happier.
The remarkable individuals I have encountered on my East African journey inspire me daily and shape the person that I am today: respectful, cheerful, generous, compassionate, optimistic, and deeply appreciative of life’s smallest brilliance. I am an open-minded wildlife and nature lover, and I find solace in gardening and birdwatching when seeking tranquillity.
