Hello! My name is Isabel Gichuru, and I am a Pam Golding Property Consultant. I manage the rental portfolio and transact on some of the city’s most coveted properties with a particular focus on the Karen suburbs. I truly appreciate the beauty, history, and simplistic charm of the homes in these areas.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Diploma in Real Estate Agency & Property Management from the University of Nairobi.
My journey in the real estate world started over 12 years ago having previously worked in the hospitality and automobile industries before that where I gained invaluable customer service skills. I truly found my passion in the real estate industry and have been a full-time realtor since! I love my work because I get the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all walks of life as well as from all over the world and the cherry on the top is I get to experience the best architecture Nairobi has to offer.
I take great pride in matching families to their new homes – I guess you can call me a ‘match maker’!
Whether dealing with local clientele or expatriates, it gives me great satisfaction/pleasure in helping families through the process of finding, identifying, and settling into their new homes where they can create new memories. My enthusiasm for helping others enables me to connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible and this, in turn, allows me to build long-lasting relations with them.
The other important role in my work is helping Landlords/investors achieve the best terms for their valued assets which they have entrusted me with, as well as seamlessly navigating the leasing process with confidence because they know I have their back. I understand the market, the players and the variables involved in a letting transaction and I want my clients to feel supported and confident that they have a trusted advisor by their side.I strive to exceed their expectations as nothing makes me happier than a referral or repeat business from a satisfied customer.
I am a wife and mother to three lovely daughters. In my free time I love to spend quality time with family, hanging out with my friends as there is never a dull moment with them, and the occasional workout session. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing different cities,food and cultures.
