Hello! I am Giti Sennik, Riverside Rentals Area Specialist. Riverside is an upscale neighbourhood in Nairobi, known for its affluent residential areas, commercial establishments, and recreational facilities. Despite being in a bustling city, Riverside boasts ample green spaces and lush landscapes, providing residents with a serene environment amidst the urban chaos.
Having lived in Nairobi for the past 3 decades, I have cultivated extensive knowledge about the domestic property market; as a tenant, landlord, property owner and property developer.
Preceding my adoption of real estate, I have run my own successful fashion business Runway Fashion Hub, coached the prestigious Metabolic Balance program and imparted knowledge at the well-respected Kensington Kindergarten. Additionally, I have recently completed working on a multi-residence property development project.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and have achieved a Diploma in Interior Design, from The National Design Academy, U.A.E.
My education, various work experience and business ventures have granted me over 25 years of experience in customer relationships, customer demand and management. With a passion for excellence and my diverse background spanning education, fashion, health, and property business, I bring a unique blend of skills and expertise to the Nairobi real estate market.

Engaging in community service at a soup kitchen feeding 1000 children and volunteering at a non-profit organization for people of determination fuels my commitment to help bring change in the lives of others.

When I’m not breaking a sweat at Hot yoga or taking long walks in the forest, you’ll find me travelling and exploring new horizons, tending to my garden, or revelling in the company of cherished friends and family.
