Rosetta Makali
Agent
Nairobi
Hi, my name is Rosetta Makali, and I am a Commercial Leasing Consultant with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in commercial property across Nairobi.
What sets me apart is my empathy, transparency, and enthusiasm for helping clients make confident, informed decisions. I believe commercial real estate is about more than finding a space; it's about understanding a business's goals and identifying the right environment for it to thrive. By sharing market insights, trends, and practical data, I empower my clients to make sound leasing decisions while ensuring their best interests remain at the centre of every conversation.
Understanding the commercial leasing market can be complex, from selecting the right premises to negotiating favourable lease terms and navigating contractual processes. My role is to simplify that journey by providing expert guidance, strategic advice, and a seamless leasing experience for landlords, tenants, and businesses alike.
Before joining the real estate industry, I spent 15 years working in public relations, marketing, and sales across diverse sectors, including television, research, lighting engineering, and the NGO sector. This varied background has equipped me with strong negotiation, client relationship, and marketing skills, enabling me to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service in every transaction.
Outside of work, I am passionate about empowering women and supporting community development. Through Hawa Artists, a community-based organisation, I have helped teach artistic income-generating skills to marginalised women and youth, including communities in Turkana and Pumwani. I have also supported fundraising initiatives for organisations such as Rescue Dada, Catholic Relief, and Faraja Trust. I hold a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in International Business Administration from USIU.
Whether you're looking for the ideal commercial space, expanding your business, or seeking expert leasing advice, I look forward to helping you achieve your commercial property goals with professionalism, integrity, and insight.
