I am Arzina Omar and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since February 2015, building a successful career in residential real estate with a strong focus on lettings and property management. Since November 2021, I have specialised as a Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties across the Westlands and Parklands areas. My commitment to delivering exceptional service has earned me the distinction of being a Gold Club Agent on four occasions, and in March 2026, my team and I were recognised as the Top Pam Golding Management Services (PGMS) Agents.
When I joined Pam Golding Properties, I worked across both residential sales and rentals. During that time, I successfully concluded several notable transactions, including the sale of a maisonette in Mpaka Villas for KSh 33 million and an apartment at Golden Jubilee for KSh 15 million. These experiences provided a solid foundation in the real estate industry and continue to enhance the advice and service I offer my clients today.
As a Property Manager, I take pride in providing comprehensive, end-to-end management services that protect my clients' investments while ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants. My role involves marketing vacant properties, sourcing and screening quality tenants, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. I work closely with trusted contractors and service providers to ensure that every property is maintained to a high standard, preserving its value and minimising vacancy periods.
I also oversee tenancy administration, rental collections, lease renewals, budgeting, and the resolution of day-to-day property matters. By maintaining open communication with both landlords and tenants, I strive to foster long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and responsiveness. My proactive approach allows me to anticipate potential issues, resolve challenges efficiently, and ensure that every property under my management operates smoothly and effectively.
I have completed extensive in-house training through Pam Golding Properties and the Pam Golding Properties Academy. In addition to my real estate qualifications, I hold certifications in Microsoft Windows Administration, Microsoft Exchange, Linux Administration, and Oracle Database Administration. My passion for continuous learning allows me to stay informed about market trends, legislation, and industry best practices, enabling me to provide knowledgeable, strategic advice to my clients.

I enjoy understanding each client's unique objectives and tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with my nephews. I also love travelling, particularly to the Maasai Mara and Kenya's beautiful coastline.
