The Kenya Homes Expo recently took place between the 10th to the 13th of April 2014 at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre. This was the 19th edition of what has grown to become East and Central Africa’s Biggest Homes show. The theme this year was ‘Aiming Higher’, seeking to raise the standards of what the real estate sector has to offer.
At the opening ceremony the CEO and Founder of the expo, Mr. Daniel Ojijo, noted that this was their biggest show ever, hosting more than 120 exhibitors. This year’s show attracted both local and international visitors and firms.
We had the pleasure of meeting over 300 visitors at our stand over the course of the 4 days, most of whom were very interested in what we have to offer and wished to gather more information. On location we had 9 reservation forms filled out for the prestigious Olonyori Estate in Syokimau, which was our main showcase at the expo with letters of offer already been sent out to interested purchasers, with more inquiries coming in.
The exposure at the exhibition was great; bargains were made, deals were sealed and networks were established. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who made their way to the expo and took the time to visit our stand.
