Trinity Gardens Groundbreaking Ceremony

A ground-breaking ceremony took place last month on Saturday, 23rd March to mark the start of construction of Trinity Gardens Villas, an upcoming gated community of 21 modern-style villas.

The ceremony which took place at Garden Meadows Restaurant started at 2pm with a speech from the developers, a background story of the project, an introduction to the team behind the project and at exactly 3:30pm, the developers together with the lead constructor turned the first sod on the site amid cheers and popping champagne from the attendees

The project was first conceived two years ago as a home for the old and fragile but over time, the developers resorted to building a gated estate that is set to become a landmark on the well-known Garden Estate Road.

Designed by the world renowned Beglin Woods Architects; these villas will sit on a lush 4.6 acres plot, each house will sit on approximately 0.25 acres plot and comes with a separate title deed

The houses will be tri-storeyed, boasting Scandinavian style architecture, 3767 square feet of magnificent interiors and impeccable finishes from top to bottom, perhaps the highlight of the home is set to be a large terrace on the 3rd floor which can be decorated into a gorgeous entertaining area with stunning views
